How can I install the plugin?

Normally when you launch Zeplin, the plugin should be installed automatically. But if you are having issues, download the plugin file and just double click. Now you should be able to see “Zeplin” under Sketch’s “Plugins” menu.

If you had an older version of the plugin installed, you might want to remove that one though. Here’s how:

1. Open Sketch and click “Manage Plugins…” under “Plugins” menu.
2. You’ll see a small settings icon on the bottom left, click that and select “Show Plugins Folder”.
3. Delete the folder named “Zeplin” (not the one called “Zeplin.sketchplugin”).

“⌘+E” shortcut doesn’t work for me.

1. Make sure that you have Zeplin plugin in Sketch’s “Plugins” menu. If not, learn how to install the plugin
2. If you already have Zeplin plugin in Sketch, it can be conflicted with another plugin. You can export your artboards manually from the plugin menu:
   Go to Sketch menu > Plugins > Zeplin > Export current artboard

How can I set my profile picture in Zeplin?

Zeplin uses Gravatar to fetch your profile picture according to your email address. If you set your profile picture in Gravatar with the email you registered to Zeplin, you should be able see it in the app.

Where can I transfer my project’s ownership?

You can transfer the ownership of a project by clicking its “Settings” button in the project list.

How can I connect my project to Slack?

1. Press “Add to Slack” button from the web app, dashboard. Note that only admins & owners can connect it.
